These Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchases of products and services available through masklo.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”).

Your use of the Company Sites and these terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE PURCHASE TERMS CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY NOTICE AND OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE PURCHASE TERMS, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU ACCEPT THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION CLAIMS SET FORTH IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

GENERAL

These Purchase Terms have been executed and accepted by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms.

You represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are of legal age to enter into a binding contract
You are not a person barred from receiving services under any applicable law, rule or regulation

You shall purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Purchase Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, the “Laws”).

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to your purchase, including the laws of the country or jurisdiction to which the products are shipped.

All telephone calls, emails and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

PRIVACY NOTICE

You consent to any personal information we may obtain about you (whether through the Company Sites, by email, telephone or any other means) being collected, stored and processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Notice.

The Company may update its Privacy Notice from time to time at its sole discretion.

Any changes to our Privacy Notice will be posted on masklo.com.

Your continued use of the Sites following any modifications to the Privacy Notice constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

PURCHASES

Order Processing

The Company may, in its sole discretion, choose not to process or cancel your order under certain circumstances.

This may occur, for example, when:

the product or service is out of stock
the product has an incorrect price
we suspect the order is fraudulent
or other circumstances the Company deems appropriate

The Company also reserves the right to verify your identity before processing your order.

The Company will not charge you or will refund the corresponding fees for orders that are not processed or are canceled.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to:

revoke any published offers
correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions
modify prices, content, promotions, product descriptions or specifications

Such modifications may be made without obligation of prior notice, even after an order has been shipped, confirmed or received, unless prohibited by law.

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of the products and services available on the Sites.

However, we do not warrant that such descriptions are:

reliable
current
error-free

If a product or service offered on the Company Sites does not conform to the description, your sole remedy shall be to return the product in accordance with the provisions of these Purchase Terms.

The Company Sites may also offer a “quick view” feature for certain products.

This feature allows you to view the product price and add it to your cart without opening the full product page.

The quick view feature is offered for your convenience only.

The product page contains more detailed information about:

the product
its origin
its features
its price

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for the products and services available on the Sites.

However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no pricing errors.

The Company reserves the right not to process or cancel any order placed for a product whose price has been incorrectly published due to an error.

If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email.

The Company also reserves the right to correct any errors in the stated retail price.

Availability of Products and Services

The Company Sites may contain information regarding product availability.

This information is used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped immediately after order placement.

The estimated delivery date to your address is typically approximately 30 days or less after successful payment.

However, this estimate may vary due to:

product shortages
adverse weather conditions
carrier transit times
destination address
or other logistical factors

The Company cannot guarantee that a product marked “in stock” will be shipped immediately, as inventory may change rapidly.

In rare cases, a product may be available when ordered and sell out before processing.

If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email.

If a product or service is no longer available, it will be removed from your order.

In addition to the general disclaimers set forth in the Terms of Use, products or services purchased on the Site:

may not include the manufacturer’s warranty, even if the product includes it elsewhere
may not include technical support or after-sales service
may not include manuals or instructions in your language
may not comply with the technical or labeling standards of your jurisdiction
may not comply with the electrical or voltage standards of your country
