When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing the order. The shipment will arrive between 10 and 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on availability. We apologize for any shipping delays if the shipment requires customs clearance, inspection, or transportation due to the carrier service.

How can I track my order?

What are your shipping fees?


We have a fixed shipping rate of $2.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?


We currently ship worldwide. However, if our logistics service does not cover your country, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information about our destinations, contact us at service@masklo.com.

How can I change my shipping address?


Address changes are only permitted before 23:00 (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed. You may contact us at service@masklo.com to request such a change.

Can I have delivery to an address different from my card’s billing address?


Yes, this is possible.

How is my order shipped?


Orders are shipped on business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some merchandise is shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the rest is produced and shipped directly from our factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
